A native Texan, I Gena has spent most of her adult life in Georgetown, Texas. She was raised in Austin, Texas where most of her family still resides. Gena discovered her passion for real estate and finance while a student at the University of Texas in Austin. Helping friends and family navigate the mortgage, financial, and insurance industries has been a life-long dream realized for two decades now.
Her entrepreneurial spirit guided her to owning and managing a high-profile real estate brokerage firm where she took it to see a triple digit increase in business in just over a year. In addition to holding an active mortgage brokers license, she is a licensed real estate sales agent, and RMLO Educator. She has previous experience as an insurance adjuster, and general lines insurance agent. Gena’s commitment to extraordinary service and exceptional results inspired her to found Timber & Stone Realty.
Gena co-founded “Texas Women in Business,” a non-profit organization that assists women re-entering the workforce. She volunteers hundreds of hours each year sharing her knowledge and business acumen with TWIB’S members. A lover of the outdoors, Gena enjoys birding, hiking, and glamping. She aspires to be a real, true foodie unplugging in the great outdoors and beyond.
Gena Caudle of Timber & Stone helped me find a wonderful new house at an affordable price. She got a solid idea of things that were important for me to have to target my search, and her assessment of changing conditions guided me to a successful offer. As for selling my old house, Gena provided useful advice for the pre-listing process that resulted in a good price with a quick cash close. Her upbeat attitude and no-nonsense guidance made my purchase and sale as smooth and easy as real estate can be!
